Trying a new class for the first time can be scary, follow our step-by-step guide to book your first class.

Find the right instructor

All our trainers are great (we would say that) but their vibes attract different tribes. Head to our Instructor Page and use our Instructor Questionnaire to find the one that best matches what you're looking for!

Step 3

Which Class to choose

This one is on you. We focus on different body groups on different days of the week.

Our signature Full Body class runs Friday – Sunday, but if you prefer to focus more on Lower Body or Upper Body, you'll find those classes on the timetable Monday – Thursday.

Step 4

Your first visit

Our aim is to give you the best hour of your day.

Please try to get to the studio about 10 minutes early to meet your trainer and run through a quick induction.

Ask questions, say hello to people, most important of all... enjoy it!
