Find the right instructor

All our trainers are great (we would say that) but their vibes attract different tribes. Head to our Instructor Page and use our Instructor Questionnaire to find the one that best matches what you're looking for!

Step 3

Which Class to choose

This one is on you. We have a choice to suit all needs. If you're after a high-energy, high-intensity sweat then our Circuit and Boxing concepts are the way to go.

If you want to focus more on strength, balance, mobility or flexibility then our Reformer Pilates or TRX class might be a better fit.

Try them all and see which mix suits you best.

Step 4

Your first visit

Our aim is to give you the best hour of your day, every day. Please try to get to the studio about 10 minutes early to meet your trainer and run through a quick induction.

If you are taking part in a Reformer Pilates class, please bring a pair of grip socks, otherwise you will need to purchase a pair from reception.

When you get to the studio please ask questions, say hello to people, most important of all... enjoy it!
